New Entities in the Group, Growing and changing – for you

Following numerous experiences, we have decided to implement changes in the organization of our work and our structure. These changes aim to create a better environment for collaboration with our Clients, enhance quality, and improve communication.

On March 31, 2025, the division of AKP Karpiński Rosa Sp. z o.o. was registered in the commercial court, and parts of the company were separated and transferred to already existing entities that have been operating since July 2024.

Business Division

As a result of the division, three specialized entities will now operate, focusing on the following areas:

• AKP Accounting Sp. z o.o. – specializes in providing accounting and payroll services. The entity is represented by Ms. Joanna Rosa, certified auditor.
• AKP Audit Sp. z o.o. – focuses on providing audit and business advisory services. The entity is represented by Mr. Tomasz Karpiński, certified auditor.
• AKP Karpiński Rosa Sp. z o.o. – remains an entity providing services exclusively to AKP Accounting Sp. z o.o. and AKP Audit Sp. z o.o., as well as leasing services to other entities. These services include, among others: accounting, management, leasing, IT, marketing, communication, promotional, legal, and administrative-office services.
  Information for Suppliers

Due to these changes, we kindly ask that all invoices related to technical and equipment infrastructure continue to be issued to AKP Karpiński Rosa Sp. z o.o.

The address of all companies remains unchanged: ul. Promienista 134, 60-141 Poznań. Email addresses, the website address www.akpgroup.pl, and the registered office addresses of the entities remain current.

Rights and Obligations

All contracts concluded with AKP Karpiński Rosa Sp. z o.o. remain valid, and the acquiring companies, i.e., AKP Accounting Sp. z o.o. (in the scope of accounting and payroll) and AKP Audit Sp. z o.o. (in the scope of audit and business advisory), enter into the rights of these contracts without the need for amendments.

Network and Cooperation

AKP Accounting Sp. z o.o., AKP Audit Sp. z o.o., and AKP Karpiński Rosa Sp. z o.o. constitute a network within the meaning of the Act of May 11, 2017, on Certified Auditors, Audit Firms, and Public Oversight. As part of their cooperation, the entities operate using the same standards of client service, quality control of engagements, and other elements essential for the level of client service and support for Associates.
