7 Years Behind Us!

The “seven-year itch” mentioned last year turned out to be prophetic. Indeed, the seventh year of our operations proved to be the most challenging, during which we faced a series of obstacles. Nevertheless, these difficulties contributed to our growth and prompted significant changes in our plans.

Faced with numerous personal and operational challenges, we had to rethink our strategy and adapt to new realities. These tough moments motivated us to implement innovative solutions and optimize our processes, which, in hindsight, we see as positive steps in the development of our company.

At the start of the past year, we reaffirmed our policy, clearly emphasizing that we value professionalism and commitment to work while not tolerating actions that detract from our shared goals. Consequently, at the beginning of 2024, we implemented changes within our administrative framework. Through reorganization and the employment of dedicated individuals, we achieved significant success in internal operations.

Another challenge we faced was an audit conducted by the Polish Audit Oversight Agency, which we successfully passed without major issues. This confirms our reliability and the compliance of our services with professional standards.

In the 2023/2024 season, we consistently adhered to our focus on three core services: accounting, financial audit activities, and payroll services. As a result, we significantly reduced our involvement in organizing various social initiatives and sponsoring sports events. This approach will continue in the coming years of our operations.

Our biggest achievement this year was reducing turnover within the accounting and audit teams to below 10%. This is a tremendous success for us. For several years, we have prioritized our staff. To us, the individuals employed in our company are not only colleagues but also those our clients want to work with. Both our accounting and audit teams consist of individuals with extensive knowledge, strong ethical values, and a commitment to projects that often go beyond the standard scope of services provided.

Based on our experiences, we decided to implement significant changes in our work organization and structure. These changes aim to create a better environment for collaboration with clients, improve quality, and enhance communication. Starting from July 2024, our services will be provided by two dedicated entities:

  • AKP Accounting sp. z o.o.
  • AKP Audit sp. z o.o.

AKP Audit will be overseen by Tomasz Karpiński and will focus on providing advisory and financial audit services. AKP Accounting will be led by Joanna Rosa, whose experience and nearly 20-year career in accounting guarantee a high level of service and client care.

One of our priorities is maintaining a positive work atmosphere and listening to the needs of our team members. We believe that only by being open to their suggestions and feedback can we create an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. At this point, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our team members. Without your dedication and hard work, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
